We optimise the process quickly and efficiently with automated folding and bundling and insertion speeds of up to 2,500 envelopes per hour – enclosing in a wide range of envelopes including bespoke sizes. We also offer poly-wrapping and hand-packing. Envelopes can be windowed, printed or labelled and tabbed before they are rapidly deployed for delivery. Returned mail is usually routed directly to us allowing us to capture the gone-away data to help clean your data, reducing costs for future campaigns.

We can offer highly discounted access to Royal Mail’s services for direct and bulk mail. We save the hassle of franking and our wholesale savings can be accessed across all services from Tracked 24 and 48, to International Business Standard Economy.

DOWNSTREAM
ACCESS (DSA)

Our Downstream Access services allow for the collection and distribution of your mail before handing over to Royal Mail centres for final processing into local delivery offices, where Royal Mail completes the ‘final-mile’. A DSA service can offer significant discounts when compared to Royal Mail pricing.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAL
AUTHORITIES

There are several ways we can work with international postal authorities to optimise cost and speed. International services from Royal Mail provide one point of access to these international services but we can also use Downstream Access (DSA) or Direct Entry.

ADVANCED
LABELLING

We provide delivery labels with tracking numbers and integrated CN22 customs forms, we also have the ability to comply with the new S10 barcode requirement to provide a manifest and full customs declarations.

INTERNATIONAL
DIRECT ENTRY

Direct Entry is a technique we use to ship to other countries either via air, sea or road to directly enter their foreign postal system for local delivery. This process removes Royal Mail from the equation. For direct mail, bulk mail and eCommerce fulfilment this can offer substantial savings.

The DS-64i is our robust folding inserting solution. At speeds of up to 2,500 envelopes per hour, it prepares your business mailings quickly and efficiently. We can process all document sizes including inserts, reply forms and return envelopes. The DS-64i optimises mail flow and contributes to significant cost savings. Contact Image Sensor (CIS) scanning reads a full range of barcodes and optical marks printed on documents, allowing us to efficiently and securely process variable page documents. Automating the folding and inserting lower costs, eliminates user error, and ensures the right document is always sent to the right customer.

POLY-WRAPPING

Our Mailbag poly-wrapper offers automatic vertical bagging, a highly cost-effective postal packaging solution for larger direct mail. Not only is poly-wrapping cheaper than paper, but it is also lighter which reduces postal costs. It’s perfect for mailing catalogues, brochures, reports, publications and bundling multiple-piece campaigns; providing secure, scuff-proof protection. Mailing carrier sheets can be poly-wrapped with the publication. Our machine offers the best technology available for poly-wrapping runs of a small to medium scale.
